Legalisation of Clearance Documents
Often, clearance and delivery of goods at destination is delayed due to lack of correct clearance-documentation. Astran has the uptodate experience and information, are members of the relevant Chambers of Commerce/Embassies, to ensure that complete and correct documentation is available at destination prior to arrival of goods.
Presentation of Banking Documents
For shipments under letter of credit / cash against documents etc. Astran is able to assist clients with preparation of the relevant documentation and presentation of same to the concerned U.K. banks.
Order Follow-Up / Progress Chasing / Reports
Information is vital for our overseas clients. Astran is able to expedite purchase orders with the European suppliers, provide regular status-reports and thereby triggering early alerts of potential delays or problems.
Freight Consolidation
Many of Astran’s clients wish to decide when and how their goods are shipped at the time of readiness of the material. Here we are able to consolidate small orders and part- deliveries from various suppliers into one complete shipment. On the other hand we could rush part of a bulk order by air or road to meet site requirement, with the rest of the material delivered later by sea freight. Such services can reduce overall shipping costs and documentation chasing considerably.
